Biography
I am currently an assistant professor and a chairman of the Department of Network Engineering and Security at the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Irbid, Jordan. I earned my MS and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM), USA, in 1994 and 2002, respectively; and my BS degree from JUST in 1990. I worked as a Senior Research Engineer at Rockwell Automation’s Advanced Technology Laboratories in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 2001 to 2004. I also worked as a Senior Network Design Engineer at “Sprint PCS†and “AT&T Wireless†cellular telecommunication companies in Milwaukee, Wisconsin between 1996 and 2001. My research interests include Mobile Ad Hoc Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, and Industrial Applications of Wireless Networks.
