Biography
Carlos A. Silva has a MSc (2007) in Mathematical and Computational Modeling at the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais (Brazil) and a PhD (2012) in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics at the University of São Paulo (Brazil). He has worked as Temporary Lecturer at Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais and University of São Paulo, and since 2013 works as Associate Professor at Federal Institute of Minas Gerais-Sabará. He is currently Coordinator of Research, Innovation and Postgraduate of Federal Institute of Minas Gerais-Sabará. He is a frequent reviewer of journals and international conferences in his main line work. Currently his research is related to the following topics: Stochastic Dynamic Systems, Vehicle Routing Problems, Bio-inspired Algorithms, Internet of Things Security, Cryptography
