Biography
Boubakr Nour [GS'17] is pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. Previously, he received both M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees with distinction in Computer Science from Djillali Liabes University, Sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria, in 2016, and 2014 respectively. Also, he has been a visiting researcher at Paris Descartes University, Paris, France, in 2016. So far, Mr. Nour has published 10+ Journal and Conference papers, and more than 08 Journal papers under peer-review process in prestigious IEEE Journals such as IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine, IEEE Network, and IEEE Internet of Things Journal.
Moreover, Mr. Nour is an active IEEE member and serving several reputed conferences and journals as a TPC and Reviewer respectively, including IEEE Communications Magazine, Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE VTC, and IEEE CSCN. In the year 2016-17, he won the Excellent Student Award at the Beijing Institute of Technology. Mr. Nour's research interests include Next-Generation Networking and Internet, Information-Centric Networking (ICN), Named Data Networks (NDN), Mobile/Edge Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and Wireless Sensor Networks.
