Biography Sonia Ferrari is Associate Professor of Tourism Marketing and Place Marketing at the University of Calabria, Italy. She has been President of Tourism Science Degree Course in University of Calabria and President of Valorizzazione dei Sistemi Turistico Culturali Degree Course in University of Calabria since 2007. Her main fields of study and research are: tourism and place marketing, event marketing, spa and wellness tourism. She has been president and later commissioner of Sila National Park.
