Biography
Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mackenzie University (1995), a specialist degree in Industrial Automation and Computer Engineering from Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo (USP-2000), MS in Electrical Engineering in the field of Computer Engineering from the Department of Industrial Automation and Computing Engineer at School of the Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Campinas (UNICAMP-2003), and a D.Sc on Mechanical Engineering in the field of Automation and Control Engineering from Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo (USP-2015), postdoctoral studies from the University of New South Wales (UNSW- Sydney- Austrália) at the School of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE-2018). Since 2006 Works as a laboratory specialist engineer at Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo and is a Researcher in the Automation Systems Laboratory (LSA-PMR-EPUSP), From 2017-2018 was a Research Associate Visitor from the University of New South Wales (UNSW- Sydney- Austrália) at the School of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). Has experience in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering and Computer Engineering, with emphasis on Manufacturing Processes, Economic selection, acting in the following sectors: Industry 4.0, Cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things, Virtual Entreprises, APS Systems, Time Windows, planning and scheduling heuristics, and constraint programming.
