Biography Sinan M. Elias was born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1970. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1993 and 1998 respectively from MEC, Iraq. From 2003-2006, he joined a PhD study at the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, University of technology, Iraq. Since 2012, he has been a Assistant Professor of Electronics and Communications Eng. at the UOT, Iraq. Starting scientific publishing since 2000, he has more than 30 publications in national and international conferences and journals. Dr. Sinan is IEA and ILS member.
