With 20 years of experience within the ICT industry, I have assumed responsibilities of technical direction and management of programs of great complexity and budget in the public sector as Area Manager at Red.es. In recent years I have dedicated myself to the development of smart cities in Spain, leading projects for Territories, Tourist Destinations and Smart Buildings (estimated budget: 100 M€), leading the technical direction of the program, economic control, management of work teams , dialogue with the actors (public and private), the definition of the program\'s deployment strategy and the technical design of operational solutions.
