Monday, 15 April 2013: Paper submission deadlines of MIC-WCMC 2013 and MIC-BEN 2013 have been extended to 28 April 2013. The two conferences will be held in Valencia, Spain 14-16 June 2013. Here are the paper submission links: MIC-WCMC 2013, MIC-BEN 2013.
An author of up to two accepted papers is required to pay a single registration fee. Registration fees include: access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, conference proceedings CD, and the registration kit.
In some cases, conference duration may be shortened to fewer days than initially announced. No registration compensation can be made in case a conference is shortened.
Only registered and
presented papers will be included in the
official conference proceedings. If a special journal issue is going to be published based on accepted
papers of the conference you are registering for, then only presented papers will
be eligible for submission to the special issue. Papers that are
not presented at the conference will be given the "Withdrawn" status. Registration fees cannot be refunded in this case. Withdrawn papers cannot be cited as papers that have been
published in this conference, or by Mosharaka.
All fee amounts below are clean (they cannot include bank transfer commissions).
