Mosharaka Plagiarism Policy

Mosharaka Definition of Plagiarism

Mosharaka for Research and Studies, referred to in-short as Mosharaka, defines plagiarism as the reuse of someone else's published research, experimets, results, or writings (excluding whatever can be described as common knowledge) without explicitly acknowledging the original author and the original source.

Plagiarism is Wrong

Plagiarism is wrong; because it is the theft of scientific work that has been published earlier by one or more persons. A published work that has been authored by one or more persons is the intellectual property of the author(s). When part or all of a published work is used in another work with the author(s) of the new work not making proper reference to the original work, the plagiarising author(s) is (are) stealing that property.

No Discrimination

Each case of plagiarism is treated in complete discretion, professionaly and ethically without any prejudice and/or any form of discrimination (ie., racial, political, ethnical, religious, sex, color, etc.).

Plagiarising Authors

We do not publish plagiarized work. A plagiarising author is banned from all Mosharaka technical activities for three years. This includes banning from

  • logging into the plagiarising author's Mosharaka user account
  • making any kind of submissions (papers, posters, talks, special sessions, workshops, etc.)
  • joining conference committees at all levels (organizing committees, technical program committees, etc.)
  • chairing conferences at all levels (general chairing, track chairing, session chairing, etc.)
  • reviewing paper, poster and proposal submissions, as well as other types of scientific work submissions
  • all other similar activities
