Rifat Kurban has a PhD degree from Erciyes University Department of Computer Engineering, Turkey about Image Fusion and Optimization Techniques (2012). He also studied Hyperspectral Imaging and High Performance Computing at IRIS Lab. of University of Tennessee, Knoxville, US as visiting researcher in 2016. Rifat Kurban is serving as the Technical Manager of Koru1000 Smart Water Management Systems Co. located in Kayseri, Turkey since 2012.
