K. S. Shivaprakasha received his BE degree
(Electronics & Communication) from Bahubali
College of Engineering, Visvesvaraya
Technological University, India with IX rank to the University and MTech (Digital Electronics and
Communication Systems) from Malnad College
of Engineering, Visvesvaraya Technological
University, India with I rank to the University in 2004 and 2007 respectively. Presently he has submitted his PhD thesis at National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, India on "Energy Efficient Data Communication over Resource Constrained Wireless Sensor Networks". He has
a teaching experience of 10 years. Presently he is serving as Associate Professor at
Bahubali College of Engineering, Shravanabelagola, Karnataka, India. His areas of interest include Wireless Sensor Networks, Mobile Adhoc Networks, Information Coding Theory and Cryptography. He has more than 25 publications in various international and national journals and conferences. He has delivered guest lectures in various national and international conferences. One of his papers is selected to be one of the top 20 most read papers in Taylor and Francis. He has authored a book on Information and Coding Theory for Wiley publications which is currently under review.
