Biography
TALHA FAIZUR RAHMAN received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Islamic University of Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2007, and the M.S. degree in telecommunication engineering and the
Ph.D. degree from the University of Trento,
Trento, Italy, in 2012 and 2015, respectively.
He served as a Lecturer for two years with the Cen-
ter for Advanced Studies in Telecommunications,
COMSATS Institute of Information Technology,
Islamabad, Pakistan. He is currently serving the same department as Assistant Professor.
His research activities include radio resource manage-
ment, MIMO, co-operative communication, and cognitive radios.
