Biography
Prof. Dr. Yarub Al-Douri has been awarded Doctorat D’etat in Materials Science. He has worked at NUS (Singapore), TUC (Germany), CNRS (France) and Malaysia. He has almost quarter century experience of scientific research and university teaching, and more than 497 publications currently including patents, books, chapters review, papers, articles, conferences and 4M US$ research grants. His citations = 3271, h-index = 26 and i10-index = 98 for the moment. Many of PhD and MSc students have been graduated under his supervision. He is Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Nanotechnology Specialized Researches, Editor-in-Chief of World Journal of Nano Science and Engineering, editor and peer-reviewer of different international journals, member of different international scientific associations and has been honored 60 awards internationally. He has initiated Nanotechnology Engineering MSc Program and established Nano Computing laboratory in Malaysia. His research interests are Renewable Energy, Nanoelectronics, Nanomaterials, Semiconductors, Optical studies and Modeling & Simulation.
