Biography
He is Professor in the Escola de Engenharia de Lorena (EEL) at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and Post-Doc Researcher at Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquisa Filho" (UNESP). PhD and MS in Sciences, in a Postgraduate Program in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering - Production Area, by the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), MBA in Business Management by the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Specialization in Methodology and Management for Distance Education by the Universidade Anhanguera, Graduation in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences by the Universidade Anhanguera and in Information Technology by the Universidade de Taubaté (UNITAU). More than 23 years of professional experience, working in the areas of: quality management and strategic planning, in steel/metallurgical industry producing special steels for mechanical construction (automotive sector) and rolls for rolling mill rolls (capital goods); strategic and operational management in the service sector company (consulting, continuing education and financial services); strategic management of technological innovation in public research institute (aerospace sector); and, teaching in the areas of Administration and Production Engineering (undergraduate and postgraduate). He was Professor of postgraduate and undergraduate courses at Centro Paula Souza (FATEC Guaratinguetá, FATEC Pindamonhangaba e FATEC São José dos Campos) and Faculdade Anhanguera de Pindamonhangaba, Coordinator of the Administration, Technology in Logistics and Technology in Human Resources courses at Faculdade Anhanguera de Pindamonhangaba, Project Coordinator at the innovation agency INOVA Paula Souza.
