She is professor Emeritus since October 2011. Since she was still teaching as a visiting professor in universities HSE Perm in Russia (www.hse.ru/en/) and Vesalius College Brussels in Belgium ( www/Vesalius.eu).
During her career she specialized in the following domains: in Statistics and Bayesian Decision Theory, in Uncertainty in Management Decisionmaking, and in several fields of Information Systems Management and in Informatics.
Her ongoing research is in the domain of e-learning and in Information Systems management.
In e-learning she is working around the concepts: educational models, blended learning, flipped classroom, experiential learning, microlearning and on MOOCs. She is expert in curriculum development and instructional design. Recently she coordinated a R&D project in Hasselt University: the development of an e-tutor mathematics. It is focusing on lecture capturing using smart technologies.
In the domain of information systems management she is building a knowledge pyramid around CLOUD computing . She is specialist in Quality management and Corporate performance management.
She coordinated projects and participated in international research and development projects, and published a lot of articles in International journals.
She is consulting about e-learning organisation and about quality assurance of training.
She is organizing lectures for teaching teams of universities and for trainers of organizations.
