Biography
I was born in Elazig, Turkey. I got my BsC in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1996. Completed my Masters' and PhD in Computer Engineering in 2001 and 2006, respectively, at North Carolina State University. Currently working at Istanbul University - Cerrahpasa, Computer Engineering Department as an Assistant Professsor.
