Biography
Obtained his PhD in 2007 from the civil engineering department of the University of Southern California, USA. He is currently an associate professor at Jordan University of Science and Technology. His current research interests include wave propagation in laterally homogeneous elastic and poroelastic media, soil-structure interaction in poroelastic soils, structural dynamics, vibration of composite structures, and shear strengthening of reinforced concrete beams and slabs using near surface mounted, fiber-reinforced polymers.
