Biography
Dr. Saeed Mian Qaisar has received his Masters and PhD degrees both in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Grenoble INP (Institute National Polytechnic), France, in 2005 and 2009 respectively. After that he did a postdoctoral stay in ENSEIRB (The National School of Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics and Mechanics of Bordeaux), Bordeaux, France. Afterwards, he has worked on different R&D positions in different French institutions. Currently, he is faculty member in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Effat University, KSA. His areas of interest are Event-Driven Systems, Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, Digital Circuits, Machine Learning.
