Biography Pat Chambers received the B.Sc. degree in Physics and Physics Technology in 2002 and the Ph.D. degree in transmission line and wireless communications in 2008 from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland. From to 2009 to 2010, he worked as a researcher with the Universit\'e catholique de Louvain, Belgium. He then worked as researcher on a UK-China science bridges project (UC4G) and also a defence science \& technology laboratory (DSTL) project at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK, from 2011 to 2013. Between 2013 and 2015, he worked at the University of Surrey on the Low EMF Exposure Networks. He was then a lecturer in Electronic Engineering at Heriot-Watt University and is now a lecturer at Institute of Technology, Carlow.
