Irfan Butt received his PhD from Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Canada and MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, USA. He is currently based at Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Canada. Prior to that, he has taught at the Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. His research interests include digital marketing, social media, and bibliometric analysis. He specializes in bibliometric analysis for systematic literature reviews. His research has been published and accepted for publication in International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing, International Journal of Contemporary & Hospitality Management, Journal of Consumer Marketing, International Journal of Technology Management, Social Responsibility Journal, Health Marketing Quarterly, Middle East Journal of Management, Journal of Global Business Advancement, Journal of Islamic Marketing, Journal of Customer Behavior, The Marketing Review, International Journal of Leisure & Tourism Marketing and Journal of Teaching in International Business.
