Biography
Hello; My name is Bardia Behnia and I am from Mazandaran, Iran. I currently work for Rouzbahan university college as a faculty member and assistant professor of Management and Industrial Engineering department. My areas of research are about Cellular manufacturing systems, human resource management and marketing. The subject of my last paper is “Nested bi-level evolutionary algorithms for cellular manufacturing systems considering workers' interest” which accepted on RAIRO – Operation Research journal. I’m currently working on marketing in social networks. I have been a supervisor of over 300 undergraduate thesis projects, 45 master's theses on the fields of Computer, Management and Industrial Engineering, and a doctoral thesis on the field of management.
