M. Chadli (IEEE Senior member) received the Master degree from INSA-Lyon(1999), the PhD thesis from CRAN-INPL-France(2002) and his Habilitation(HDR) from UPJV-Amiens(2011). He was lecturer and A. Prof at INPL(1999-2004). From 2004, he was Associate Professor at the UPJV, and currently Full Professor at the University of Paris-Saclay-UEVE, IBISC Lab. He was a visiting professorship at the TUO-Czech Rep.(2012), UiA-Norway(2013), CENIDET-Mexico(2016), Shanghai Univ (2014-17) and NUAA (2018, 2019).
