Biography
Khairul Khaizi received the degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam in 2003. Master’s degree in communications engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2011 and PhD degree in Electronic Engineering from Universtiy of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 2019. Between 2004 and 2010 he was with Flextronics Technology and Sapura Thales Electronics as a test engineer and involved in testing of GSM mobile phones, HF and VHF tactical radios. In 2011, he joined the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UiTM shah Alam as a lecturer in the department of communications engineering. Since 2018, he has been appointed as a researcher in the Microwave Research Institute (MRI). His current research interest includes radar for vehicle speed estimation and pedestrian detection.
