Silvia Gaftandzhieva, PhD – Assistant at University of Plovdiv “Paisii Hilendarski”, Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Department of Computer Science. Her research areas include e-learning and distance learning, automated evaluation of quality in higher education, data mining, new methods and ICT in distance learning. She is author of 30 scientific publications in the field of quality assurance (of HE, e-Learning, Projects, etc.), e-Learning, m-Learning, etc. with over 60 citations.
