I, G. Reza Yousefi, am an Associate Professor of the Power Group with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Isfahan University of Technology.
I received my B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from IUT (Isfahan University of Technology), Isfahan, Iran, in 1994, and my M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran, in 1997 and 2001, respectively.
I have gained several years of academic and industry experiences in Iran and USA. I have been with Midwest Service Center (USA), Tarbiat Modares University (Tehran), Eee Consulting, Inc.(USA) and Pacific Gas & Electric Company, PG&E (USA).
My main interests are in Power Systems planning and operation (Generation, Transmission, Reactive power), Electricity Markets and Smart Grids.
