Biography Faouzi Zarai was born in Tunisia in 1978, he received the engineer and master degrees in Telecommunication from School of Telecommunications Engineering (Univ. of Carthage, Tunisia) in 2002 and 2003, respectively, and his Ph.D. in 2007. He is currently an Assistant Professor in Sfax High Institute of Electronics and Communication in Tunisia. His research interests are News generation networks, Quality of services, admission control, radio resource management, and security.
