Biography
Born in Egypt, 11 Dec. 1978. He received his BSc in 2000, MSc in 2003, and PhD in 2009, from Egypt, Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering, Aerospace Department. His research interests are guidance, navigation, and control. Dr. Tamer is a member of Science and Engineering Institute, and African Association of Remote Sensing of the Environment.
