Biography
Mohammed Jouhari, Ph.D., is currently an Assistant Professor at the Moroccan School of Engineering Sciences (EMSI) in Tangier. Dr. Jouhari completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Applications at Ibn Tofail University, focusing on enhancing Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks through advancements in MAC layer, topology control, and geographic routing protocols. Dr. Jouhari's postdoctoral research at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and Qatar University involved leading-edge projects on machine learning for energy-efficient IoT networks and distributed computing for UAV-based surveillance systems. He has authored numerous articles published in respected journals such as the IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT), and IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, and has presented his work at prestigious conferences including Globecom, ICC, and VTC. Dr. Jouhari is actively involved in the academic community, participating in technical committees for conferences such as ICC, Globecom, IWCMC, CommNet, and WINCOM, and has organized workshops and conferences, promoting knowledge exchange in telecommunications and network security.
