Ibrahim El Rube’ (IEEE M'07, SM'12) holds the position of full professor in the computer engineering department at Taif University. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in 1992 and a Master of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1999 from AASTMT in Egypt. In 2006, he earned his Ph.D. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. His research areas include signal and image processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, and machine learning.
