Biography
Dr. Malek Alsmadi is a Full-Time Faculty member at Confederation College and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Lakehead University, Canada. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Lakehead University in 2020. His research interests include 6G wireless networks, visible light communications, edge computing, and network optimization. Dr. Alsmadi is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario and is passionate about advancing engineering education and next-generation communication technologies.
