Biography
Goutam Chatterjee has attained his B.E. degree in Electronics & Telecom, M.Tech. degree in microelectronics and Ph.D.(multi-disciplinary) from prestigious institutions of India . He is a Fellow and life time member of Institute of Engineers (FIE) and Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (FIETE). He was a commissioned officer in Indian Air Force and during his years with IAF, he worked in Missile squadrons, Mirage-2000 aircraft, Base Repair Depot, EW unit and Signal Squadron. He took premature retirement as Wing Commander in April 2005 and decided to join education sector as an academician.
During the past 12 years he has served various private engineering colleges as Vice-Principal and Director. He has published many technical and research papers in International Journals and International conferences. His research papers were accepted in International conferences at Jordan, Bali, Malaysia, Turkey and Spain. His papers on "Software Development for Stress Monitoring of Fighter Pilots" can be accessed at various open source platforms like www.ijmi.org.
He has published a book by the title of “An Alert system for Real Time Monitoring of Fighter Plane Pilot” through Lap-Publishers, Germany with ISBN No. 978-3-8473-2067-8. The book is currently available for purchase from online store www.get-morebooks.co.uk.
Currently, he is the Professor of Electronics and Communication in KPR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India.
