Mujdat Soyturk received the B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Naval Academy, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1994. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees both from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in Computer Engineering in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Naval Academy and a lecturer at Naval Sciences & Engineering Institute. He was a visiting researcher for C4I Systems (Command, Control, Computer, Communications and Intelligence Systems) in Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA, in 2009. His research interests include Wireless and Mobile Communications, Sensor and Ad Hoc Networks, Vehicular Networks, and Net-Centric Communications.
