Biography
Dr. Nishu Gupta is specialized in the field of Communication and Networking. His major work is in the area of design and evaluation of MAC protocols to enhance safety applications in vehicular communication.
Dr. Gupta received his B.Tech. in 2005 and M.Tech. in 2011. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2016 from Electronics and Communication Engineering department at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, India (An Institute of National Importance).
Dr. Nishu has been Invited as Speaker at Conference on Wireless & Telecommunication during September 17-18, 2018 at Lisbon, Portugal; designated as Session Co-chair in the 15th International Conference on Wireless Networks and Mobile Systems (WINSYS 2018), Porto, Portugal, July 26-28, 2018. Earlier, he has served as Publicity Co-chair for the 8th and 7th International Conference on Advanced Materials Research (ICAMR 2018 in Japan and ICAMR 2017 in Hong Kong respectively) and Program Co-chair for the 6th International Conference on Advanced Materials Research (ICAMR 2016), Torino, Italy, 2016.
Dr. Nishu is an active reviewer of numerous research articles in highly reputed Journals like IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, Computer Networks, Adhoc Networks, Vehicular Communication, Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing, Ad Hoc & Sensor Wireless Networks, Journal of Organizational and End User Computing, etc. He has also reviewed book chapter in EAI/Springer Innovations in Communications and Computing, by Springer International Publishing. He is serving as member of various academic and professional bodies across the world.
Dr. Gupta has published more than 26 research articles in highly reputed Journals and conferences of International standards.
His research interest includes wireless communication, device-to-device communication, heterogeneous networking, cognitive radio ad-hoc network, CRAN, Internet of Things, etc.
