TPC Member for IEEE international conference Jordan section on April 2011. My paper " electromagnetic scattering computation methods for very small particles" in the international Modeling and Simulation (France based)Nov. 2008; was accepted as the 'BEST-OF-BOOK' for all MS conferences held in 2008. Also an invited paper speaker in IEEE intern. conf. held in Johor,Bahru, Malaysia, 2009. The paper was in Mathematical modeling... . Also a contribution to ITU-R on (Antennas and Propagation) to study Group 3 WP 3J received 6 Sept.2010 accepted 8th Sept.2010... accordingly invited as an expert by the Mimistry of Economic Development-communication to attend the intrim Rapporteur Group Meeting 22-26 November 2010...etc.
