Also a contribution to ITU-R on (Antennas and Propagation) to study Group 3 WP 3J received 6 Sept.2010 accepted 8th Sept.2010... accordingly invited as an expert by the Mimistry of Economic Development-communication to attend the intrim Rapporteur Group Meeting 22-26 November 2010...etc.
