Biography
The research about speed variance at multilane highway, and it’s effecte on average speed. The main factors that consider are design speed, number of lane and lane width. The study investigate this variables at three different conditions; at free condition, with cameras condition, and with enforcement condition. The study cover five major governorate in Jordan, and the results will used to draw up a recommendation to increase safety by reducing the speed variance depending on mathematical models.
