Osman Ceylan received his B.S, M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2006, 2009, and 2015, respectively. He also worked as a teaching and research assistant in the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of the same university between 2009 and 2016.
He was with Ampleon Netherlands from 2016 to 2019 where he has designed high power RF devices, MMICs, IPDs, and amplifiers as a member of Advanced Concepts and Systems Team. He is currently a Senior Application Engineer at Maury Microwave, Ontario, CA, USA. His current research interest is automated RF modeling and designing concepts, hybrid load-pull systems, and load-modulated high-power amplifiers.
