Dr. M. T. Ahmadi, tenured Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and completed his post doctoral program, at Makmal nano Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Dr Ahmadi was awarded Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) chancellor award, UTM Academic excellence award, UTM Post Doctoral Fellowship Award, Best PhD student Award (international student center Iranian student society). His research interests include nanoscale non-classical device simulation, modeling and characterization. Dr Ahmadi authored or coauthored over 100 papers on scientific, managerial and educational issues. As co-chair of the electrical and computer engineering conference (2011Iranian Malaysian) he worked closely with the young scientists, as a scientific committee of first Iranian conference for postgraduate students 2011 he edited the conference proceeding. Dr Ahmadi is listed on Who’s Who in the World 2010,also top100 engineer 2010 by IBC.
