Biography Songtao Guo received his B.S., M.S. and Ph. D. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 1999, 2003, and 2008, respectively. He was a researcher associate at City university of Hong Kong from August 2007 to October 2007 and July 2008 to October 2008. His research interests include network congestion control, mobile computing, and resource allocation in wireless ad hoc and sensor networks.
