I have PhD in Information Technology / Information Systems from University Utara Malaysia (UUM), Kedah, Malaysia (2010), Master of Computer Science from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University (LETI), Saint Petersburg, Russia (1997), and Bachelor of Computer Science from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University (LETI), Saint Petersburg, Russia (1996).
I have been involved in higher education in Jordan, Malaysia, and UAE for more than 11 years as a lecturer in various institutions. This gives me with deeply understanding of the educational challenges faced by public education. My ongoing contribution at those ones gives me complete confidence. I can make significant contribution in the areas of computer science, information technology, information system, knowledge management, information management, E-learning, M-Learning, M-government, M-business, E-commerce, M-commerce, computer simulation and design, network support, and administration of LAN/WAN infrastructure and security. Moreover, have good knowledge on C++, Visual Basic (Level1 + Level 2), Java, DOS, Windows 9X, NT, XP versions, Vista, Oracle (Introduction SQL + PL/SQL), Developer (Forms and Report Builder 6i & 9i), HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, Front page ,dream weaver, PHP, Adobe Photoshop CS3, adobe illustrator, CorelDraw, Paint Shop Pro, Macromedia flash, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project Management, MS Visio MS Publisher and MS info path.
Currently, I am working as assistant professor in Management Information Systems department, Al Fisal University - Prince Sultan College for Tourism & Business (Saudi Arabia), from August 2011. In addition, I have been worked as assistant professor in CS department, Jerash University, Jordan - 1, lecturer in information technology department, University Utara Malaysia, Kedah, Malaysia – 3 years, information technology department, University Of Sharjah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates – 4 years, and college of information technology, Ajman University of Science and Technology, Ajman, United Arab Emirates – 4 years.
For 11 years, I taught several courses such as introduction to computer, introduction to database, internet & computer applications, introduction to Web Design, programming I with Visual Basic 6.0, programming II with Visual Basic 6.0, networks 1& II, microprocessor & assembly language, computer simulation & design, research methodology, data structure & algorithm analysis, database, information technology project management, management information system, IT in Business, information management, and graduation projects I&II.
Current research areas are; mobile knowledge management, electronic technologies, technology enhanced learning, virtual learning environments, multimedia applications, and mobile learning. I have more than 5 publications in famous journals and conferences such as International Journal of Academic Research – indexed by Thomson Reuters and Knowledge Management International Conference - indexed by American Journal Economics and Business Administration
