Biography Thiab Taha is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Georgia, Athens, GA, USA since 1982. His areas of interest are Computational Science, Parallel computing, bioinformatics and software development. He is the Director of the "CUDA teaching Center" at UGA. He published more than 60 research papers and gave more than 70 invited talks. He is a senior editor of the Journal MATCOM and the Vice-President of IMACS.
