Biography Dr Timo O. Korhonen is currently Adjunct Professor of Telecommunications Systems engineering in Department of Communications and Networking (Comnet), in Helsinki University of Technology (HUT), Finland. Prior this, he worked in TKK/Communications Laboratory as Associate Professor in 1999-2006. His research interests include telecommunications technology, intelligent transport systems; high-tech product development process; project, organizational and strategic management and user centric design. He lectures currently in TKK courses in telecommunications system technologies, product development and human centric design. He has worked as Technical Program Committee member in various international conferences of IEEE as for instance ICC and Globecom. Also, he works as a reviewer for several international journals as for instance Transaction of Communications and Electronics Letters and is the member of editorial board for International Journal of Communication Systems and Wireless Personal Communications. He has also participated to the standardization of Power-line communications in IEEE P1901 workgroup.
