Biography The author graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from National University of Malaysia in 1988. In 1999, he completed his MSc in Computer Science from University Technology Malaysia. He worked as a System Analyst and he was the Head of ICT centre of University College of Engineering & Technology Malaysia. He is a member of IEEE Computer Society and ACM. Currently, he is a senior lecturer and his main research interests are in wireless network and network performance.
