Biography
Dr. P. Sateesh Kumar has got professional/research experience over 15 years and currently working in the Dept. of CSE, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. He has done M.Tech and Ph.D from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He is the Senior Member/Member of many International/National Technical societies such as ACM, IEEE, DMTF, IACSIT, IAENG, WASET, IIIS, CSI, IETE, and ISTE. His research interests are Cloud Computing, Mobile Computing, Grid Computing and related Security Issues. He has many publications (>50) in peer reviewed International Journals and International/National Conferences (including published by IEEE/ACM/Springer/Elseiver). He has been the Editorial Member and reviewer for many International Journals (including Springer) and conferences. He has worked as Program Chair/TPC Member/General Chair for many International Conferences, including Mosharaka Conferences. He has delivered many Invited lectures/keynotes in many workshops/conferences. He has organized/participated in many workshops. Currently, he is supervising many Ph.D students in the related areas. He has been actively involved in design of various standards by NIST and DMTF.
He is Vice-Chair, IEEE Computer Society, India.
