Biography Dr. Andrej Vilhar is a research associate working at the Department of Communication Systems at the Jozef Stefan Institute. His main research interests are in the field of mobility management in the internet and in the field of radio waves propagation. He actively participated in several projects considering terrestrial and satellite mobile communications and stratospheric telecommunication systems. He currently works on a Slovenian project for the development of wireless terrestrial network signal coverage models, on the international project COST IC0802 and coordinates the ESA project which aims at establishing a new Ka-band satellite beacon measurement site in Ljubljana.
