Biography Anne JULIEN-VERGONJANNE received her Ph.D in Microwave and Optical Communications from the University of Limoges in 1987. She obtained the “Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches” (HDR) from the University of Limoges in 2006.She joined the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Limoges” (ENSIL, www.ensil.unilim.fr), University of Limoges, as Assistant Professor of Electronics and Telecommunications in 1997. She is Professor since 2008 and she has been at the head of engineering school department of Electronics and Telecommunication (ELT) from 2005 to 2010. Her research activities are in the fields of digital signal processing applied to optical communication systems and networks and communication systems for e-Health. She is a member of IEEE Communication Society.
