He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic in 1988 and 2000, respectively. He is currently an Associate professor at the Brno University of Technology, Department of Radio Electronics, where he gives lessons in Communication Systems, Radio Receivers and Transmitters and Advanced digital wireless communications
