Mirjana D. Stojanovic received her B.Sc. (1985) and M.Sc. (1993) degrees in Electrical Engineering and her Ph.D. degree (2005) in technical sciences, all from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. Dr. Stojanovic has been with the Mihailo Pupin Institute in Belgrade from 1985 to 2010, where she managed or participated in development of a number of communication devices and systems for data and voice transmission and network management, which were successfully applied in major Serbian corporate systems. As author or coauthor, she published more than 100 papers in national and international journals, books and conferences. She is currently assistant professor in networking at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering and Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Her research interests include security solutions, mobile ad hoc networks, QoS and traffic engineering in NGN, as well as service and network management.
