Biography Dr. Ince was born in 1969 in Nicosia-Cyprus. Soon after completing Türk Maarif College (TMK) he traveled to US with a CASP scholarship where he started his undergraduate education at Bucknell University in 1986. During 1990 he was offered an MS scholarship on advice of Prof. Dr. Maurice F. Aburdeene and in 1992 he completed his MS studies. Following his military service from 1992-1994, he traveled to UK with a Commonwealth scholarship where he attended Bradford University and obtained a Ph.D. degree in communications in 1997. Dr Ince started his academic career at Eastern Mediterranean University in 1998. He has been a full time academic member of the electrical and electronic engineering department for the past 12 years.
