Biography Dr. Sameh E. Rehan is an Associate Professor in the Communications and Electronics Engineering Department at Mansoura University (MU). He is an IEEE Senior Member (SMIEEE) since 2007. He got the MU Top Incentive Award in 2006/2007. He had published research papers in the fields of Nanoelectronics, ANN, DSP, and e-Learning. He got his Ph.D. (1995) from University of Waterloo - Canada in the field of VLSI - ANN - character recognition. He worked as a senior physical design engineer in Gennum Corporation of Burlington, Ontario, Canada for 10 years (1994-2003).
