A. Tuncay Ozsahin was born in Kayseri, Turkey, in 1980. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from the Erciyes University, Kayseri, in 2002, the M.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Erciyes University, Kayseri, Turkey, in 2006, and is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering at Erciyes University, Kayseri, Turkey. Since 2004 he has been working as a Instructer at Kayseri Vocational College, Erciyes University, Kayseri, Turkey. His current research interests are in the areas of wireless sensor networks, multi-carrier communications and artificial neural network.
